It's Over!!!

Well, it's thursday and that means our visit has come to an end.  I was so sorry to see everyone leave this morning...I do have to admit tho that I'm tired!!!  When you are without small children for so long you forget how busy you used to be when your kids were small.  Where did I get all the energy, and where did it all go???  I want it back!!!
We had a great time at the aquarium in Seattle.  It also included a quick stop at Impress on the way home, just a few new goodies.  We also had several craft days and Nicole made the best layout.  I wish I had pictures to post.  She was'nt quite finished, so no pics.  I worked with my copics and new stamps.  I love my little girls.  I'll post pics when the cards are finished.  My ribbon from May Arts arrived so it's now time to start power crafting.  Time to start the bird house.  As soon as I get home from work.

Having Fun!!!

We have been having so much fun the last few days.  It's so good to see our kids and grandchildren.  Yesterday was a really busy day at build a bear.  Marcela had never been, cousin Emily was eager to show her the ropes.  They made matching bears but choose different clothes.  Names marshmallow and berry.  Go figure?  Also a rainy beach walk and lots of family time with cousins and sisters.  Nicole and I have spent some time downstairs in the studio playing with new stuff and techniques, while the little girls stuck stickers.  Have to run, today...the aquarium :)

It's Today!!!

Yes, they arrive today!!!  I can't wait to see my girls, and Jerry too.  I hav'nt seen them in 3 months, it seems like much longer.  I really don't know where the time goes. 
Off to work this morning, I will finish my Websters Pages book today.  Hope to have a few pictures soon.  I have to run will post more later.

Tomorrow!!!

Yes, tomorrow is almost here and along with tomorrow comes Nicole Jerry and the kids :)  We can't wait!!  I think the biggest excitement is the sleepover that Abby, Tessa and Emily get to have with their cousins.  Will, Marcela and Preston although Preston is too little to really know what is going on.I have posted a few pictures of the album I made for my Mom to celebrate her 82nd birthday.  I used K and Co. paper, a Bo Bunny

chiffon album and Prima flowers.  If you know me you know I
DO NOT like purple but I have to say I think the album is really pretty.

The important part is that mom loved it.  Now I just have to print the

pictures off for her to add to it.                                                       Busy day at work today, my Websters Pages album is coming along nicely.  I was able to make more additions yesterday.  I mostly kept busy with the final preparations for my Sat. class.  All is now ready.  If you have never prepped a class you can't appreciate the amount of time and work that it can be.  Glad that it's finished.  Today should be full steam ahead to try and get the Webster album completed.

Well I'm going to run, time to get the day going.  Till tomorrow :)

Only 3 days left!!!

Only 3 days left until our daughter Nicole and her family come for a spring visit.  I am so excited!!!  Not only do I get to spend time with our daughter and Jerry but our granddaughters too.  I just hope the rain will hold off for a day or two so we can go on our beach walk that Roy has planned for the girls.  Emily can't wait to look for "Mr. Big" I'm told.
I was going to post pictures of my latest project.  Mom's birthday album but it will have to wait until later.  If I do it now I might be late for work.  That would be bad.  I try to be prompt!!  I'm also starting a new project at work using our new Webster's pages.  So far so good.  Wish me luck :)

Tuesday

Today has been great!  I was surprised this morning by a visit from our daughter and our 2 youngest grandchildren.  It's always nice to spend time with them although today has been a bit hectic.  It was still nice to give Preston his bottle and get a little snuggle from Marcela.  I remember how quickly they grow.  After they left it was off to town for errands.  Tule for my Sat. class.  I ran out :(  and grocerys.  Nicole, Jerry and the 3 girls are coming on Friday...We are sooo excited.  Have not seen the kids since Jan. when I was in Boise to do the scrapbook benefit.  I'm sure Emily has grown at least an inch.
I have to run dinner is finished and it's time to sit down and relax.  Later......

One year later

Well here it is a llittle over a year since my last post.  Have I missed anything? 
Being the computer zero that I am it has taken me most of the day to add a header and a bit more to this project.  I hope this time I will keep trying!!! 
Since today is our anniversary :) number 39 to be exact I think I will call it a day. I can only hope that my blog struggle will continue tommorow and many days after.  I can dream of all the new stuff that I plan to learn.
